 DYNOmite "On-Board" and miscellaneous hardware Warranty

Land & Sea, Inc. warrants its DYNOmite "On-Board" Rotary Torque Transducers, custom built dynamometer systems, and miscellaneous dynamometer hardware to be free from defects in material or workmanship for the period specified below.

This warranty does not apply to DYNO-MAX software, the DYNOmite’s Data Acquisition software, or any other software products. Nor does it provide for setup, training, calibration, or any other consulting services.

This warranty also does not cover Personal Computer systems and/or Monitors (however those items may be covered by their respective manufacture’s own separate warranties - copies of which are available from Land & Sea, Inc. by mail.) Warranty coverage does not extend to resolving engine ignition EMI (Electro Magnetic Interference) induced issues with Personal Computer systems or other third-party peripherals.

Land & Sea does not warrant products which have been (a) modified or altered outside original factory specifications, (b) subjected to conditions such as misuse, neglect, improper installation, maintenance, or adjustment, or faulty repair, (c) used in other than those specific applications recommended in the then current Land & Sea, Inc. catalogs, brochures, Owner’s Manuals, and/or Product/Service Bulletins. Further, there are no warranties which extend beyond those stated here.

This warranty is extended to the original purchaser for a duration of 90-days from the original invoice ship date from Land & Sea, Inc. Any implied warranty determined to be applicable is limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. 
For customers residing within the United states only: Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

In the event of a defect in material or workmanship, Land & Sea’s sole responsibility is to repair (or at its option - replace or refund) the defective product. Final warranty determination will be the decision of Land & Sea, Inc.

Land & Sea, Inc. shall not be responsible for (a) labor, transportation or other incidental charges or (b) consequential or other damages incurred by use of Land & Sea, Inc. products. 
For customers residing within the United states only: Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusion may not apply to you.

Warranty performance will be initiated by returning, under a Land & Sea, Inc. RMA#, the alleged defective product freight prepaid to Land & Sea, Inc. with dated purchase invoice.

Any disputes arising between the parties over any products, services, warranties, terms, agreements, etc. shall be governed under the laws of the State of NH and in an appropriate court within its jurisdiction.

For customers residing within the United states only: This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

This General Limited Warranty supersedes all prior warranty statements. Inquiries concerning this warranty should be directed to:
